Amazon is the a wonderful place to shop online. Its customer service is friendly and efficient. The "Post-Order Price Guarantee Policy" was so nice but not everyone knew about it. We built this tool to help more people save money and help Amazon to do more sales. It was a Win-Win situation. But amazon revoke the policy on Sep 1st, 2008. We strongly recommend you to sign the petition to express your and everybody's disappointment. At the same time, we are going to keep our service running. Latest News: We do know that Amazon did refund some customers after an argument. So you can still give it a try if the price drops in 30 days. Especially if you are a Prime member or the difference is more than 20 dollars. Amazon usually give you an one time exception if you haven't asked for a refund after they cancelled the policy.
